George has refined his coaching and culture expertise during a 16-year career as a Performance Specialist in Elite and Professional Sport. George's career included senior and leadership roles at multiple International teams, including Italy Rugby, Scotland Rugby and Irish Hockey. Furthermore, George was an integral part of many individual athletes' success, including Olympians in rowing and athletics.
