With over 16 years of experience working with elite athletes and high-performing organisations, I now focus on helping businesses create environments where people thrive. By focusing on internal motivation, self-driven growth, and purpose, we unlock each individual’s potential.

Throughout my career, I’ve held pivotal roles, including Head of Performance for Italian Rugby, Irish Hockey, Glasgow Warriors, and New England Free Jacks Rugby. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting athletes on their journeys to Olympic and World Championship levels.
