We begin with the ‘Our Intent’ survey, capturing the perceptions of leaders and individuals across key performance drivers: purpose, autonomy, effectiveness, belonging, and the current team climate.

We use the survey results to shape a series of 1:1 coaching conversations—gathering nuanced insight from across the team and surfacing the beliefs, tensions, and motivations that shape performance.

Motivation-led performance

Self-determination theory of motivation requires three psychological needs to be satisfied to maximise individual desire for persistence and effort for growth, mastery and performance. These needs have underpinned an unforgettable career in elite sport and shaping high-performance environments. 

Spark Intent builds upon this psychological theory by additionally assessing and delivering upon perceptions of internal motivation, purpose and performance intent. 

We created the One Team Model as a framework of Performance potential for ambitious business teams. Our unique ‘Our Intent’ survey assess team and individual strengths and limitations against the One Team Framework.
